Living Well

We are all about new life this month and what better way to feature that than with an article designed for expectant moms?

Now that we are well into the New Year, with the standard excitement for improvement and change I thought it appropriate to develop a new list.  Call it a gift, call it my therapy, but let me tell

If you are not doing anything for your health you are doing everything for your death.

As a culture we say YES to consumerism and NO to truly Being the change on the planet.

“Stop the world and let me get off! I can’t take it—I need a break!”

Much has been written lately about society and its gradual lowering of expectations. Bad news sells, grabs headlines, and perpetuates a mindset that is completely negative in nature.

Our theme this month is Healthy Inside Out. What does it mean to be healthy inside out? Being healthy from the inside out minimally means being comfortable within your own skin.

Recovery can take on many forms. Our bodies recover every day as we rest and sleep at night.

I knock on the door and wait. It takes awhile for new organizing client, Sarah to navigate her way to the door. Slowly the door opens… just a crack.

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.
