Deborah Orlowski

Deborah Orlowski, Ph.D. is the Senior Learning Specialist in the department of Human Resource Development at the University of Michigan.  Her areas of expertise include: conflict resolution and improving communication and teamwork, especially when impacted by intercultural issues; leadership development; and personal styles identification.  She is also the Lead on the design of UM's Foundations of Supervision II: Leadership Skills and has played a key role in the design and implementation of UM-Flint's leadership at any level program, EXCEL.
