Kevin Klobucar

Kevin Klobucar is vice president of Products and Marketing and regional executive for Blue Care Network of Michigan, the affiliated HMO of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan.

Prior to this position, Klobucar was vice president of Family Health Centers and greater Michigan regional executive for Blue Care Network. Previously, he held executive positions including vice president of Business Development and Product Support for Blue Care Network, and chief operating officer and director of Finance and Treasurer for Blue Care Network of East Michigan.

Klobucar earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University and a master’s degree in business administration from Michigan State University’s Executive MBA program. He is a certified public accountant.

Klobucar is a member of the board of directors for the Capital Area Health Alliance, as well as treasurer and executive committee member. Klobucar is also a member of the board of directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Livingston County.
