Lori Shemek

Dr. Lori L Shemek, the Founder/President of DLS HealthWorks, LLC, is a well-known and reputed Professional Health Coach Expert and founder of the Health Attraction System™. Lori is passionate about using her years of expertise in health and psychology, for the betterment of her clients; to provide them with the tools they need to help them achieve their desired goals.

Lori’s strong background in Counseling Psychology has allowed her to observe the extent to which physical health seriously impacted emotional health and vice-versa. Her tenure as Casework Therapist and Vice President of Family Outreach, a non-profit organization for the prevention of child abuse and neglect, further egged her on to continue in the nutritional field as well. Being a first-hand witness to the effects of general poor health and malnourishment, she continues her onward journey to propagate the true importance of optimal nutrition in a person’s everyday life.

Having obtained her doctorate in Psychology from the California Coast University Lori additionally went on to receive her graduate degree in the field of Professional Certified Life Coaching from the Life Coach Institute. Lori furthered her education by receiving a Nutritional Consultant Certification from the Global College of Natural Medicine.
